Northern West Virginia Chapter of NCMA By-Laws
The Northern West Virginia Chapter was chartered on October 8, 1986. Chapter By-Laws are are required by NCMA HQ to ensure operation within a governance system consistent with the NCMA bylaws. Bylaws are initially established at the time of chapter chartering and are reviewed /updated every 5 years unless other conditions require a more immediate change.
